How much is a photoshoot?
Prices start at $350 for a basic interior package. Contact us for other packages.
How do I prepare for an interior photoshoot?
Declutter your space to create a clean, neutral environment ideal for photography or virtual staging. Remove all overtly personal items, such as family photographs, to ensure the space feels inviting and universal. Clear countertops of any clutter, including mail, papers, and labeled items like shampoo bottles or dish soap. Aim for a polished, hotel-like atmosphere where anyone could imagine living. Make beds neatly and store away all clothes to maintain a tidy, professional appearance.
What is the turnaround time for photos?
Photos are typically ready 24-36 hours after the photoshoot, depending on your response time after receiving the proofs. We strive to deliver projects promptly; however, additional editing requests may extend the turnaround. Quality takes time to ensure the best results.
If I want to do virtual staging, how do I start that?
Easy! Follow the virtual staging tab at the top of the page and click “Start a Project”. Follow the steps by filling out the form and sending us your images. Please note: We do not need to be the photographers to stage your images!
How do I pay?
We bill you when your project is complete and ready for delivery. Please be aware that full payment is needed before we can release the images. If your company requires a job order, please provide it prior to release.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Things happen, and we understand! Please ensure to cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment so we can manage our schedule effectively. To cancel, find the Schedulista confirmation email (check your spam folder!) and modify the date or time. If you miss the 12-hour window, contact us—we'll do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind, cancellations within 90 minutes of the appointment may incur a fee equivalent to the shoot's cost.
