Melanie Greene is the founder and principal photographer of GreenehouseNYC. A native of Philadelphia, she has spent over thirty years honing her photography skills on a variety of subjects, including children, animals, and architecture.

For the past two decades, Melanie has specialized in capturing interiors. By employing strategic staging, unique angles, special lenses, and thoughtful compositions, she showcases the best features of both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Additionally, Melanie is also known for her flattering portraits, capturing intimate family moments, transforming cherished memories into beautiful art.

Her photographs have been essential in the sale and rental of properties for major New York real estate companies, including Compass, Corcoran, Douglas Elliman, Brown Harris Stevens, and Serhant. Melanie currently lives in Forest Hills, Queens, with her husband and their dog, Daisy. In her spare time, she enjoys tackling puzzles, exploring the challenges of home baking, and keeping Daisy out of trouble.

Susan is an avid admirer of creativity and design. Having studied art, yoga, nutrition, economics, and fashion design, she parlays her skills and knowledge into interior design via Virtual Staging. She is an expert at finding the best way to showcase a space, a specialist in interior design and styles of neighborhoods and regions. Previous to virtual staging she has worked in the fashion industry as a menswear designer for brands such as Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, etc.
