Includes up to 10 retouched images with basic corrections such as removal of wires and small items, plus surface smoothing. Sessions allow up to 2 hours on-site. Staging, window exposure, and other lighting considerations are accounted for. Ideal for a two-bedroom residential property. Delivered files include web and print-ready versions. Additional retouching is available; depending on complexity, extra edits may incur up to a $25 fee per photo.

Tailored for homes exceeding 2,000 sq ft, this elevated package provides a flexible 3.5-hour on-site session designed to capture expansive rooms and refined details with an editorial, luxury sensibility. Receive 15 meticulously edited images as standard, with additional images available to accommodate your full property narrative. Initial retouching includes removal of wires and small distractions, refined window exposure balancing, and subtle color and brightness enhancements to preserve a natural, high-end look. Further advanced retouching or object removal may be added at up to $25 per image. Final deliverables are provided within 36 hours.
