Williamsburg New Age Charm

A Hip Williamsburg Residential Home

To be a good stager means, you not only understand design principles, you understand the language you are speaking, and the audience who is receiving it. A good stager knows that while they may have a style (and I know some people my disagree with me here), the agent and the photographer have a goal, and that is to speak to the buyer. And if an agent is spending money to stage a place, they probably know who their buyer is, and hope the stager does too.

I believe versatility is critical in any market, but particularly in New York, where you could be aiming towards the velvet couches of the Upper east side in the morning, only to move onto your boho chic in Brooklyn in the afternoon. Luckily, I feel like when I work with Kat she always does the space and demographic justice. In other words, these spaces, aside from being unbelievable to begin with, are just easy to shoot.
